D-01 / STUDIESFederal regulator study findings: Study findings are recorded with the regulator, publication date, covered measurement period, affected PBM entity, and archived source digest.
D-02 / ORDERSState enforcement orders: Orders carry penalty amounts, violation counts, legal status, signing authority, effective date, and receipt metadata. Amounts and counts are never inferred from narrative text unless the filing states them.
D-03 / DOCKETSLitigation entries by legal status: Items from pending litigation are labeled ALLEGED and are never presented as findings. Adjudicated and alleged material never share a table.
D-04 / CLAIMSVendor transparency claims: The vendor's own published transparency claims are quoted verbatim and dated, then presented separately from regulator findings, orders, and docket material.
D-05 / FORMSHow the dossier arrives: In a logged-in console as a standing dossier with the docket watch attached; as printable, citation-ready exhibit sheets for a committee file; and over a read API. Exhibits generated under the account are kept in an append-only archive, a dated record of the review performed.
